8-(Methylene-2",3"-disubstituted benzo quniazolo-4"-one)-9,2-(4')-disubstituted benzopyrano pyrazoles(VIII) were synthesized from benzoquinazolo-4-one (VII) and benzopyrano pyrazoles (IV) in the presence of formaldehyde and 35% hydrochoric acid. These products were charaterized by U.V., IR, 'H-NMR and Mass spectral data. The compounds were screened for their antibacterial, antifungal and antitubercular activity
